    • Try to stay calm, be open, and let them know that you are there to help them get better.

  3. Search for Appropriate Treatment 

    • Reach out to Thrive Together. We can assist you in finding the right treatment center or plan. ​

  4. Practice Self Care​​

    • When helping someone, it's important to remember to care for yourself as well.​
