It does so through its option of creating an AmazonSmile account.

AmazonSmile is a separate website one can visit. In this version, one can have the same online shopping experience, but on eligible items, a portion of their price will be donated to charitable organizations or your choice. AmazonSmile donates 0.5% of the eligible item’s price to the organization.
